1. Wall Standups - Reverse
This skill will work those quads!
Tips:
- Make sure you video from the side. If I can’t see the wall and the floor, I’ll assume that it was a failed attempt.
- Push hard against the wall with your head and upper back. If your head comes off the wall, all of the remaining reps won’t be counted.
- When you sit on the floor, be sure to extend your legs all of the way. If I see your knees bent, I won’t count that rep.
2. 2-Chair Leg Swings
This is a cardio and shoulder workout!
Tips:
- Try to video from the side. If I don’t get a good look at the marks on the ground, I’m not going to count any of the close ones.
- If you touch between the marks, your attempt is not over, so keep going.
- Try some different sized chairs, it might be easier when you find chairs with the right height. And they don’t need to be chairs; stools, end tables, etc. will also work.

1. Rope Swings
Channel your inner Tarzan!
Tips:
- Make sure to let go of the rope after each rep. But, you only need to let go of if for a second, so make sure to grab it again before it swings to the middle.
- If you step on the marks or between the marks, your attempt is over. So, make sure you overshoot the line.
2. Rope Hang - Shirt Off
Suns Out / Guns Out or Sunny Out / Tummy Out
Tips:
- Make sure the shirts hits the ground before you do or the rep won’t count.
- Make sure you put your shirt on and pull it down before you start a new rep. If your shirt is bunched up at your chest, the rep won’t count.
- Work on your 1-arm shirt pull off technique before you start. That will be key to getting the most reps.
