Notes: A larger towel will help. Keeping the towel loose lets you keep your feet apart for a better hop. Always return to the starting position for a full rep. Overshoot the line to ensure all of your reps get counted....

You can either start with a full pushup and then move to the chair/box for a tricep workout or move your hands to the chair right away for some shoulder work 2. August Skills Home Division 1. Wall Standups - Reverse This skill will work those quads! Tips: Make sure you video from the side. If I can’t see the wall and the floor, I’ll assume that it was a failed attempt. Push hard against the wall with your head and upper back. If your head comes off the wall, all of the remaining reps won’t be counted. When you sit on the floor, be sure to extend your legs all of the way....
