Rounding out the top 5 in the Home Division:

Chair Pushups
There are few different techniques that can be used on this skill:
- The Shoulder Press
This method is the most efficient since it requires the least amount of power and steps. However, with this technique, you will find that your shoulders and core start to fatigue. This technique is also prone to pushing the feet farther away from the platform.
- The Plyo Pushup
This is the fastest technique but requires the most stamina.
- The One/Two Pushup
This is the best method for pacing yourself through the whole minute.
- The ???? (Not Recommended)
Don’t do this!!
Towel Throw and Roll
There are few different techniques that can be used on this skill:
- The Big Towel and Opposite Arm
Using a full-sized towel helps you make some great catches because there is more towel to grab. However, it will take more effort to throw the towel. You can also see that he is using the arm opposite of the roll to toss it in the air. Use this technique if you have one arm that is more coordinated than the other.
- The Small Towel and Same Arm
Using a hand towel will make the throws easier, but the catches will be a little more challenging. You can also see that he is using the arm on the same side of the roll to toss the towel. I found this to be a good technique since it forces the towel in the direction of the roll.
- The Spin in Place
This is a good method if you have trouble leading your throw to the side.
Gym Division
JackOT leads the pack with a sizeable lead.
Top 5 in the Gym Division:
- JackOT (21 Points) - Age 11
- (Me) Ryan “💪®️🔥🅿️💤” (16 Points) - Age 44
- Matt Janicki (15 Points) - Age 51
- Brendan Howe (13 Points) - Age 37
- Archer (11 Points) - Age 41
Dead Hang - Ring Switch
- The Handcuff
This seems to be the most efficient method to complete this skill.
- The One Arm Exchange
This technique takes much long to transfer the ring since you need to use gravity to drop the ring, then bring your arm up for the transfer. Those extra steps eat away at your grip and the time.
- The Halo (Not Recommended)
This one has the extra steps of the One Arm technique with the additional risk of dropping the ring off your head.
Step Circles
- The Same Side
With this technique, you stay on the same side of the step for the full rotation. I prefer this method because it requires less moves to make a full rotation. However, it is very rough on your hands (I have 2 full rips to prove it.)
- The Both Sides
This is the more popular technique where you use both sides of the step to make your rotation.
