1. Towel Hops
Notes:
- A larger towel will help.
- Keeping the towel loose lets you keep your feet apart for a better hop.
- Always return to the starting position for a full rep.
- Overshoot the line to ensure all of your reps get counted.
- Film from the side.
2. Finger Crunches
Notes:
- When resetting the towel, you only need any part of the towel to pass the far mark. You don’t need to have both corners pass the mark.
- All of the towel must cross the close mark to complete the rep
Gym Division
1. Shirt Field Goals
Notes:
- Try catching the shirt with your feet to save time.
- If the shirt get stuck, it might be faster to drop down and reset instead of using your feet to adjust.
2. Rope Stand Ups
Notes:
- When standing up, lean back a little to ensure you are standing up straight.
- Try moving your hands up and down the rope to see if there a more comfortable starting position.
- Don’t move your feet and don’t let go of the rope.
