1. Chair Pushups
CHEST DAY!!
Tips:
- Make sure you video from the side.
- Every rep should start with hands and chest on the ground.
- You can either start with a full pushup and then move to the chair/box for a tricep workout or move your hands to the chair right away for some shoulder work
2. Towel Throw and Roll
Nothing like a good roll in the grass!
Tips:
- Try using different sized towels to find one your are comfortable with. Bigger towels are easier to catch, but harder to throw.
- Throw the towel to your side instead of above you.
- Save all of your attempts for FAILFRIDAY videos!
Gym Division
1. Dead Hang - Ring Switch
Tips:
- Video must show your whole body.
- Every rep starts with both hands on the bar. So after you move the ring, grab the bar.
- Try using each arm to move the ring. One arm might be stronger.
2. Hanging Step Circles
You’re gonna get really dizzy on this one!
Tips:
- Make sure you are only spinning in one direction.
- You can drop down during your attempt.
- You can either use one side or both sides of the step, but only a single step can be used.
